Nestled in the heart of Pennsylvania Dutch Country, in Paradise Township, Lancaster County, Verdant View Farm is a 115-acre dairy and crop farm operated by the Ranck family since 1916. Verdant View Farm is one of the oldest Farm B&Bs in the lower Susquehanna Valley, and has been receiving guests since 1967. Experience rural life on the farm–hand milk a cow, bottle feed a calf, fish in the farm pond, feed the ducks, enjoy the graceful swans, hike the “back 40.” Children and adults will enjoy playing with the farm pets, including kittens, Scooby the farm dog, goats, a miniature donkey, bunnies, and exotic egg-laying hens with a rooster who crows in the morning.
